Outpatient Internal Medicine position just outside of Asheville, NC Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a health system in Western NC to recruit a new Internist to join an established practice. They have two practice locations surrounding Hendersonville and Asheville. The new Internist will join a practice with two Internists and a Family Practice provider OR one solo Family Practice provider located 9mis from Asheville. This position is 100% outpatient, clincal focused. All of the primary care providers do participate in a 1:15 call rotation with the hospitalists, but this only adds up to 2/3 weeks of call a year. They are working a 4.5 day clinical work week. The hospital has a rural Family Medicine residency program that is part of UNC, which the incoming provider can precept medical students, residents and Physician Assistants!
