Veterinary Receptionist - All Creatures Animal Hospital. - (Amelia, OH)

We are currently seeking a full time receptionist for our high volume veterinary hospital in Amelia, OH. Our new addition must, 1st and foremost, be warm, caring, and friendly. 2nd only to that, this person must possess the expertise to multitask in a busy environment and do so with a high-level of accuracy. A flexible schedule is a must. We are open 7 days per week. The expertise to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends is required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: *Checking clients in and out of appointments *Answering a multi-line phone system *Scheduling appointments *Maintaining correct medical records *Dispensing products *Processing payments *Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the front office -2 yrs of customer service background is required -Background in the Veterinary field is a plus We offer wonderful benefits.
