The Director provides program leadership and is responsible for the quality and integrity of clinical service delivery and client outcomes, financial accountability for program budget, hiring and supervision of program staff, contract oversight, and compliance with external and internal policies, practices and procedures. The programs under the responsibility of this position include Community Counseling, Alameda. The Director actively supports and implements a strengths-based, trauma informed, culturally responsive and client-centered approach to working with youth.
