The floating property manager serves as an outstanding ambassador for the community and supports property goals and objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide relief management at apartment and self-storage sites. Reason may include, but are not limited to: manger on action or taking leave of absences, property is in lease-up, is struggling, or need organization. Understand the financial goals of the property and make sure the property meets those goals; understand his or her responsibility for maintaining the property s assets; manage the budget. Provide excellent customer service so that residents want to move into the property and remain there.
