Real Estate Coordinator (Streamwood,IL) - (Streamwood, IL)

Position description The Real Estate Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, assisting and prioritizing various procedures that are designed to expeditiously complete Real Estate and Construction projects and other Regional Real Estate and Construction related activity. You will provide effective consulting and maintains effective working relationships with Regional leadership, Owner/Operators, other alliance partners. Assignments include but are not limited to: Works collaboratively with other Real Estate and Construction Coordinators and Development Administrative Support to monitor and expedite the Development process. Will serve as a resource to support the Area Real Estate Managers, Area Construction Managers and others in Development Maintains relationships with, and may source, outside consultants, contractors, brokers, and suppliers. Cross trains and makes process improvement recommendations with other Real Estate and Construction Coordinators.
