Multi-Site Leasing Consultant Job DescriptionAimco is hiring a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant at our Cedar Rim Apartments in Renton, WA and 2900 on 1st Apartments in Seattle, WA. The Multi-Site Leasing Consultant who is assigned to work at 1 or more communities as needed. Responsible for the consumer life-cycle including acquisition of residents utilizing defined sales process, excellent customer service, and retention of residents. Aimco is a real estate investment trust that is focused on the ownership and management of quality apartment communities located in the largest markets in the United States. Responsibilities As a sales and leasing consultant, you start your day by reviewing the contact leads supplied to you and following up with individuals you have previously met. While this is a sales role, most of your opportunities come from Aimco's corporate call center, walk-ins, phone calls or responses to your advertising.
