Park Towne Place Premier is an iconic community made up of nearly 1,000 apartment homes including penthouses. We are currently undergoing a multi-million-dollar renovation that offers our residents world-class amenities. Such as, smart home technology, resort style pool with cabanas, state of the art gym, on-site retails services, and finally - weekly and quarterly events for our residents to enhance their living experience!
