Director Of Finance - (Palm Springs, CA)

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE The Director of Finance reports to the Asst. Chief Financial Officer and directly supervises the Controller. Director insures that accounting and accounts payable functions which are directly supervised by Controller are performed in compliance with policies. Director will assist the ACFO in reviewing decision support analyses and related info. Will work as part of team with business development and department/service line directors on formulation of assumptions, market analysis, volume projections, pro forma/IRR calculations, and drafting of executive summary and other supporting documents for equipment acquisitions, campus expansion, and new business development as needed. Director will partner with department directors (and managers) at least quarterly to discuss the monthly finance reporting, focused on labor and expense performance. Responsible for annual operating and capital budget preparation.
