The Correctional Officer position will be responsible for monitoring the functional operation of the residential programs and facility in accordance with Volunteers of America policies and procedures. Additionally, this position ensures the safe custody and accountability of all the clients while maintaining a clean, safe and orderly facility. Preferred applicants will have a High-school diploma or equivalent with 1 yr of background in a related position. CPR and 1st Aid certification preferred. This job requires the expertise to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
