Product Designer / CAD Detailer - (Auburn, NY)

Job info Essential Duties:Design retail displays, fixtures, kiosks, audio and digital media solutions Prepare rough sketches and drawings to support sales and quotation. Develop detail drawings and emblies for prototype and production product. Use 3:D and 2:D CAD software to develop designs and prepare drawings. Check and review product concepts, parts and emblies drawings. Inspect prototype and production parts and emblies. Develop installation manuals and embly procedures. Computer file management, printing, plotting, creating and translating CAD data. Maintain knowledge of POP industry products and functions Work and communicate effectively with project managers, suppliers, clients and internal customers. Use 3D library models and software to create complete release packages for production. Responsible to keep working areas organized to ensure that all drawings in process could be located and retrieved by the engineering department as evidenced by supervisors observation.
