Job summary JOB OVERVIEW :Responsible for full lifecycle recruitment, sourcing, and hiring of clinical staff (RNs, LPNs, etc..) and other critical positions for the organization :Provides reporting and regular status updates to leadership and hiring managers :Maintains positive relationships and provides a high level of customer service to candidates, hiring managers, human resource partners and key operational stakeholders :Nurtures personal and professional networks to develop active and passive talent pipelines while being sensitive to organizational needs, candidate engagement, and our community image KEY FUNCTIONS :Develops and leads focused recruitment strategies based on department and organizational needs. Establishes, cultivates, and maintains ongoing relationships with hiring managers and operational leaders to fully understand organizational and departmental needs and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly.
