Senior Project Engineer for non-profit research institution; assist in the research and development, characterization and application of coating materials, process and systems technologies; including the research, design and performance of experiments; develop new approaches and methods for depositing and testing coatings; integrate optical, mechanical, thermal and electronic functionalities into thin film coating applications; examine innovative application of polymeric, ceramic and metallic substrate and coating materials; investigate basic research into advanced complex uses of plasma technology and its integration into manufacturing systems and alternative engineering processes; improve processes, workflows, and progress new products and processes toward commercial markets; assure compliance with ISO9001 quality management standard.
