Production supervisor - 2nd shift - (Lawrence, KS)

The Production Supervisor oversees and assists with the daily manufacturing operations to ensure a smooth and efficient production process at Grandstand Glassware Apparel ("Grandstand"). This position necessitates the expertise to organize, manage and direct staff in a fast-paced environment. The position will uphold supervision for second Shift. Major Duties *Provide positive and effective leadership and direction to production staff. *Accomplish production goals by communicating clear job expectations; plan, monitor, coach, counsel and evaluate performance and results within direct supervision. *Hire, train, guide and develop staff within direct supervision. Create and hold staff accountable for performance objectives. *Develop and implement personnel growth opportunities and performance improvement plans as necessary. *Develop and maintain training programs in collaboration with the Training Coordinator to ensure all personnel have the required skills to perform their duties safely and productively.
