Summary/Objective The Development Officer serves as an integral part of the Development staff, with fundraising and programming responsibilities. Key functions: Development/Campaign Responsibilities Serve as a lead solicitor for the Annual Campaign, managing a substantial portfolio of mid-range donors Establish and oversee donor relationship management program Coordinate programming and engagement of affinity groups including Ben-Gurion Society (young adult) and Professional Groups (business and professional affinity groups) Partner with Dir., Financial Resource Development to staff campaign divisions as appropriate and develop relationships with volunteers and division leadership. Work with Donor Services Coordinator to manage campaign ambassador program Formulate and execute a recognition and stewardship plan for all new and lapsed donors to the Annual Campaign Work within the CRM database to track donor info and campaign data With the assistance of the Event Coordinator
