This role is essential to maintain and grow our account presence. You will be the face of illy, gaining valuable knowledge and background and growing our brand. This position is responsible for accounts in the South Bay/San Jose region. RESPONSIBILITIES: Merchandise National Retail and Regional Retail accounts in line with illy standards Present the illy brand to the account base, communicating our brand story Communicate account trends to management Maintain inventory levels to include suggested orders where applicable to account staff Submit account tracking reports to management Assist in account tastings/samplings Support events within assigned area when necessary Proactively survey accounts for opportunities Communicate with store-level key decision makers on behalf of the brand Alleviate out-of-stocks by keeping accurate tabs on inventory Maintain store
