Applicant should have the expertise and desire to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.Critical responsibilities* Assist with managing invoice mail box as well as assist with opening, date stamping, and scanning all incoming mail* Process invoices in accordance with established procedures for all G&A functions* Ensure proper remit-to location, account coding
