Accounting specialist - (Muskego, WI)

Inpro Corporation, a leading manufacturer of architectural building products, is currently seeking an Accounting Specialist who will be based at their world headquarters in Muskego, WI. This position is responsible for a variety of duties within the Finance Department, including but not limited to; preparing monthly and quarterly sales and use tax returns, reviewing tax exempt/resale certificates, reconciling bank statements, fixed assets, preparing worksheets and reports, and serving as a back-up to General Accounting and Cost Department. The perfect candidate will have clear and effective oral and written correspondence abilities and be a self-starter who is capable of working independently. This person will also be able to work well with a variety of people in a quick paced environment, represent the company in a professional manner, and be able to handle several tasks simultaneously. Accounting background required and a 4yr accounting degree preferred.
