Decorative concrete supervisor - (Shreveport, LA)

The Flooring General superintendent will supervise, coordinate and ensure the timely installation and completion of flooring projects. This position will also be responsible for managing employee relations, the safety of all flooring employees, job supervision and customer satisfaction. Applicant to have min of 5-years direct experience in polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface floor systems to the industrial, commercial and retail markets. Successful applicants must demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter with a high-level of professional integrity, have a good work ethic, and a strong competitive drive. Concrete polishing or epoxy/ urethane flooring installation requirements required:. Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations. Input timely hours, equipment and materials. Troubleshoot and resolve concerns regarding installation and job sites. Strive to meet and exceed any and all production targets.
