Military Organization Design Specialist with Security Clearance - (Arlington, VA)

Job Number: R0044958 Military Organization Design Specialist Key Role: Work with Air Force clients to analyze the redesign of organizations and business processes. Provide an Air Force client with management consulting and subject matter ability in organization redesign and new business processes. Conduct research and data analysis, facilitate workshops, and provide recommendations for optimized organizational structures and business processes. Assist Air Force clients with the development and execution of implementation roadmaps and documents, including Program Action Directives (PADs), Program Guidance Letters (PGLs), and Programming Plans (P-Plans) for proposed organizational changes. Minimum experience: -3+ years of background with organizational design and business process reengineering for military clients -1+ years of background with organizational design for commercial clients -Background with Ms office programs, including PowerPoint, Microsoft excel
