Project background should be in the $1 million to $20 million range. Types of project background should include commercial projects, multifamily, Adult Living Facilities, Medical Office Buildings (MOB's), elementary schools, High Schools and Higher Education. Computer software skills should include Timberline, On-Screen Takeoff and ms excel. Education level should be a bachelor's degree in Building Construction or Engineering. Salary $80,000.00
