Corporate maintenance supervisor - (Golden Valley, MN)

The corporate maintenance supervisor sets direction for the corporate maintenance team to achieve company goals. Provides leadership, work direction and support to corporate maintenance team. Works directly with corporate and site maintenance technicians on major site repairs, preventative maintenance and capital improvement projects within the property portfolio. This position is responsible for overseeing the overall care of the companys major mechanical equipment, including installations, repairs and inspections. This position directly supervises Zone Building Engineers. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily.
