Responsibilities for a customer service representative?include but are not limited to: • Answer all incoming customer calls and customer on-line chats, including inquiries on order status, package and price clarification, special services, remakes, reorders and telephone orders. • Initiate all outgoing customer calls and mail for production to facilitate efficient processing of an order; this includes credit card details, proofs and order detail, negative issues, mathematical errors, and Value Plus Program for non-returned proofs.? • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.?
