Corporate Training Manager | Diesel Technicians - AIM Leasing Company - (Girard, OH)

Summary/Objectives: This position reports directly to the Director of Purchasing and Training. Manage overall Training program for all branches. Train, teach, guide and motivate trainers and technicians. Provide field support and conduct quality control inspections and audits with the maintenance facilities. Provide on-site, in-house training of Aim technicians. Train, teach, guide and motivate technician Apprentice classes with instructions.
