Our elite private club is seeking outgoing, friendly, professional individuals to work as host/hostess in our member dining areas. If you understand the value of providing our members with an exceptional dining environment and personalized attention, you may be a great addition to our food and beverage team. The Hos/tHostess assists in coordinating dining room activities to assure quality service is provided to members. Job Requirememnts/Duties: Meet and greet members promptly, courteously, and graciously, addressing members by name whenever possible. Escort members to tables, provide menus, ensuring wine and signature drink lists are on each table. Ensure any special requests or services are communicated and fullfilled for members. Answer phones, manage reservations, take to-go orders, double check to-go orders are correct before members leave the club. Maintain a complete current understanding of the menus, menu ingredients, daily specials, and have the expertise to enter to-go orders in the computer.
