Environmental Safety and Regulatory (ESR) Advisor Job - (Bakersfield, CA)

Environmental Safety and Regulatory (ESR) Advisor. Ensure the compliance of the company and its facilities with local, state, and federal Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations. Continually review and evaluate the company?s EHS policies and procedures for compliance and effectiveness and ist in the development and implementation of various ESR programs and SPCC, EPA, SWPPP, and PHMSA plans. Manage regulatory reporting and remediation services using EHS Management Systems and Enterprise systems including Enviance, Maximo, and Bigfoot and coordinate SPCC and other agency inspections of facilities. Participate in the Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Pre-Safety Startup Review (PSSR) processes during facility design and commissioning. Develop and implement safety protocols and Emergency Response, Process Safety Management, and Risk Management plans using Process Safety Management (PSM) Portal Management.
