Perform duties as a police officer while also uming specialized duties including special projects, presentations, mentoring, coaching, and employee evaluation. Ensuring through leadership that their igned shift is performing in accordance with established standards, protocols and practices. Basic qualifications Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Missouri POST certification may be required prior to employment, but it is required once job is started. A valid driver's license is required.
