Job details:Responsible for providing support to management, departments and employees on HR related matters. Specializing in recruiting, onboarding and client access qualifications.Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Critical functions)* Facilitate all aspects of the recruiting process including posting positions, obtaining proper approvals, working with department manager/supervisors in applicant selection, phone screenings, reference checks and in-person interviews.* Coordinate onboarding process for new hires including obtaining new hire paperwork, e-Verify, policy acknowledgments, credentialing, experience checks and drug screens.* Update and maintain all employee and position details in payroll system.* Ensure employees meet and maintain all client qualifications for site access.* Provide compensation ranges for positions/locations as requested.* Assist in coordinating events and meetings such as; employee lunches, Holiday parties, appreciation events
