Responsibilities Greeting customers in a friendly and polite manner Assisting customers with requests in store and on the phone Providing details for special order items Demonstrating knowledge of products and services to customers Taking and entering sales orders Answering and directing phone calls Hours Full time Position Available Tuesday through Friday 9-6, Saturday 9-4 Off every Sunday and Monday Requirements Sales or customer service background Willing to work Saturdays and holidays Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service Expertise to maintain a professional appearance
