UTILITY COORDINATOR (UPDATED) (Job Opening ID #510750) Full time position availablewith KCMO's Public Works Department, Capital Projects Division, 414 E. 12th St.will be filled as a Senior Registered Engineer ($4,945-$8,746/month) OR Senior Analyst $4,945-$8,746/month) (OR Registered Engineer ($4,531-$7,459/month) OR Principal Engineering Technician ($3,957-$6,702/month).Normal Work Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.Coordinates with utility companies, subsurface utility engineers (SUE), in-house designers, and other design & construction personnel to identify utility locations on planned Public Works projects & prevents, mitigates and eliminates conflicts. Tracks utility notification submittals by the SUE (designer) and utility company responses. Develops utility relocation agreement contracts and provides periodic updates to project managers.
