POSITION PROFILE: The Spa Greeter ensures that every guest has an exceptional Spa background by graciously providing a flawless background. They prepare for the guest(s) arrival by checking the schedule, welcome the guest (s) and make them comfortable, answer any questions they may have and offer them a beverage prior to treatment. They collaborate closely with the Spa Manager to provide smooth delivery of services . Strives to model the Pursell Farms core values in the completion of their work. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION: Answer the telephone promptly and in a friendly manner to schedule appointment and answer questions Check the condition of the waiting room upon arrive to make sure all furniture and accessories are in place and all supplies are available and immaculate Offer guests a glass of wine or a non -alcoholic beverage when they arrive Communicate with the guests to see if they have any questions about the services or about other areas of Pursell Farms
