# Production Technologies \- Field Specialist **Location:** Broussard \- United States The **Production Technologies \- Field Specialist** is responsible for the delivery and technical service of clients in an assigned geographical area and territory\. She/He reports to the NGC Product & Service Delivery \(PSD\) Manager\. **Roles and Responsibilities:** + Responsible for the day to day service of existing accounts within assigned geographical area which includes; program management, delivery of products, chemical ordering, customer service, report generation, general labor activities, cost tracking, inventory control, gathering samples to support chemical programs\.+ Maintain professional relationships with internal teams and with external customers\.+ Willing and able to work offshore
