Physical Therapist Bakersfield California We are looking for a positive Physical Therapist with motivation and desire to continue their educational path in the field by pursuing Orthopedic Specialty Certifications or a desire to be a clinic director some day. We do have other education and training opportunities, but those 2 are the primary focuses. No background is required - we welcome new grads, and have a great mentorship program. We are looking for an upbeat personality with people-skill and the expertise to communicate and build rapport with patients. We are an outpatient private practice, schedules vary by location, but our therapists see up to twelve patients per 8-hour day. We are patient-centered, and provide personalized care based on the needs of the patient in front of us. They will be expected to do both evaluations and follow-up treatments. Some locations they will work with a PTA, while others they may supervise an Aide/Tech.
