Veterinary Technician / Assistant - (Mill Valley, CA)

Alto Tiburon Veterinary Hospital is hiring! We are a boutique high quality small animal hospital in beautiful Mill Valley, California, just six miles north of the Golden Gate Bridge. We are close to Hwy 101 and an easy commute from San Francisco, with plenty of parking. 1 of our techs just left for vet school, and we have a new vet coming on board in March. We are looking for a compassionate team member to join our fun and wonderful staff. Our approach to patients is welcoming and fear-free. Job duties will include patient check-in, blood draws, catheter placement, fluid administration, x-rays, cold laser therapy, in-house lab testing, care of hospitalized and boarding patients, dental and surgical assisting and anesthetic monitoring. We are willing to train, but some background is required. Alternative workweek (4 ten-hour days) available.
