The Business Strategist Architect is accountable for shaping and promoting the innovation and implementation technology strategy for client projects, developing new service offerings and developing skills of all levels of Business Analysts. On a client project, this role leads the Business Analysts to define cohesive designs to meet the client needs across the Call Center, Integrations, Portal and Conversion areas while ensuring a solution that enables Operations to perform their function efficiently and effectively.
