Position overview Raney is looking for Volumetric Concrete Truck Drivers to work out of our Groveland location. Job Summary: *Responsible for the delivery and batch mix of ordered concrete and other associated products to construction job sites in a safe and efficient manner. Reports to Operations Supervisor for assigned location. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Prepares truck for operation by inspecting general condition; checking fluid levels and tire pressure; obtaining or scheduling required repairs; validating adherence to road-expertise standards in accordance with DOT regulations and workplace standards. * Complies with all safety regulations at the plant, truck, and driving set forth by the company. * Delivers product by identifying destinations; establishing route; operating the truck; and maintaining schedule. * Mix and prepare concrete aggregate batch at jobsites in accordance to order specifications, using approved mix designs.
