Junior IT Project Manager, Digitization & Analytics - (Parsippany, NJ)

The perfect applicant for the IT Project Lead position will be able to demonstrate background managing projects and delivering results on-time and within budget while meeting customer expectations. The applicant should also be knowledgeable, experienced, and disciplined in execution of all phases of project management. Agile project managerial background a strong plus. Strong analytical issue solving, interpersonal, and communication abilities are also required. The applicant should be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way. The applicant should be able to manage ambiguity, taking control and responsibility to find simple solutions for complex problems. This position will align closely with business and project stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that drive commonality and value across AdvanSix. Most importantly, the applicant should be passionate about his / her work and have a learning mindset.
