Service Technician - LIHTC Property Maintenance - (Kansas City, MO)

Peak Living LLC is currently seeking qualified Service Technicians. Applicants who are qualified should forward resumes in PDF or Ms word format. Summary Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Service Technician is an active member of the maintenance team and responsible to learn Peak Living policy and acquire skills. Category Non-exempt Hourly Hours Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends andafterhour emergency services. Workdays may be adjusted based on community needs. Full-time: five days per week, eight hours per day. (Min of 32 hours, average 40 hours). Knowledge / Skills / Expertise * Basic working expertise of grounds/common area maintenance, service requests, and apartment preparation. * Must have basic knowledge of HVAC and become CFC certified within 90 days of employment. * Attend any required Peak Living maintenance trainings. Preferred Education and Background * One Year with professional apartment management firm.
