Dishwasher/Prep - Kansas City, MO - Day Shift (7:30AM-3:30PM) - M/FCompany Kitchen, is looking for a skilled Dishwasher/Prep with a strong teamwork and guest service orientation to work at our business client location in Kansas City, MO. The Dishwasher/Prep cleans, washes and sanitizes pots and pans, utensils, kitchen equipment, flatware, glassware and silverware, and other food contact surfaces at the working place.Responsibilities:If available, prepares 3-well sink with proper solutions of detergent and sanitizes to clean and sanitize pots and pans, silverware and dishware.Changes water as required and uses test-strips to test for proper sanitizer solution.If available, uses automatic dishwasher to clean silverware, serving trays, flatware, serving utensils and glasses.Monitors the temperatures of the washing and rinsing cycles and reports problems to supervisor.
