Responsibilities Prepare food items for customers as requested, including special requests, in a timely and consistent manner Determine food and supply needs based on rotating menus Inspect food products and supplies as needed Ensure work atmosphere and stations are clean and sanitized Check food before it is served to customers Control and minimize waste Comply with outlined safety regulations and procedures Work mutiple tickets at 1 time and get food out in a timely manner Multi-task and work the fry station and grill station Cleaning grill and fryer Fill up fresh water tank and empty grey water tank Prep inventory for the next shift Keep up with ticket time Requirements
