Your Impact as An Account Specialist Job duties: * Assists the account management team (account executives, brokers, etc.) on assigned accounts, managing the day-to-day client support service processes. * Interacts courteously, attentively and confidently with internal colleagues and external clients, primarily to exchange details of a service nature. * Manages client open items lists and responds to client ad-hoc requests. * Where applicable, serves as the primary interface with Aon Client Services (ACS), coordinating activities of the client service team and ACS to ensure that key processes assigned are performed effectively. * Primary interface with Aon accounting on client administration matters.
