See Below Responsibilities Sr. Buyer- Commodity Northville Sr. Buyer - Commodity (full time, 1 position) ZF North America Inc. seeks in Northville, MI to serve as sourcing expert for all purchasing sourcing activities related to defined commodity. Manage purchasing price for commodity and/or defined set of suppliers within commodity, review sources and bundling opportunities for cost-saving methods and opportunities, and achieve target cost established by business unit for commodity while adhering to established sourcing process. Ensure pricing details is accurate in applicable ERP systems. Prepare and support Commodity Management for contract and sourcing negotiations for globally managed suppliers, and lead negotiations for regionally defined suppliers. Analyze assigned market to prepare and recommend suppliers to be added/removed from approved supplier list and nominate suppliers for Strategic Supplier List. Lead Global Competitive Sourcing benchmark activities.
