Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift - (Neenah, WI)

Job Description The Production Supervisor provides 1st line leadership for a team of hourly non-exempt employees on the second shift in the Municipal Finishing Department Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Schedule Attainment are key accountabilities and metrics in the performance of this job. Time and attendance in a Kronos automated payroll system on a daily business to measure labor costs is essential as well. Facilitates meetings, documenting productivity gains and recognizing employees for quality improvement accomplishments, ensuring that production rates are met and standard processes are being followed. Will lead issue solving efforts, coach teammates in resolving conflicts and achieving results and provide ongoing training. Will be responsible for these activities across shifts.
