POSITION TITLE: Director of Operations, Culinary Social Enterprises JOB CATEGORY: Exempt STATUS: Full-time SUPERVISOR: Vice President of Culinary Social Enterprises REQUIREMENTS: 4-five years background in operations management in food related industry, including financial management. Expertise to lead and motivate team. Understanding of food production/ food service/ permitting processes and food safety. Proficient in Microsoft office suite suite. Expertise to relate well to staff and board members of different races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, socioeconomic backgrounds, and religions. Valid Maryland Drivers License. A.
