Chief Financial Officer, Northern Colorado Specific Responsibilities Create timely, accurate, and transparent views into finances, enabling effective performance management and achievement of strategic goals. This includes annual budgeting, updates and longer term strategic planning. Prepare monthly operating review materials interfacing with central functions to understand performance gaps and opportunities. Align resource allocation, financial goals, and financial reporting processes with UCHealths overall strategy, business model, and risk management. Manage key financial ratios and anticipate opportunities and threats to Northern Colorado and UCHealths financial performance and collaborate with the CEO and President, and others to anticipate issues and devise solutions. Devise, implement and monitor short and longterm performance and cost structure targets; as appropriate streamline operations and leverage the broader UCHealth organization.
