Job Location: Fort Worth, TX Anticipated Start Date: 04/01/2019 Number of Positions: 1 Compensation range: $89,600 - $119,500 #LI-BNSF Responsibilities of this position include supervising a team of 3 employees. This position is responsible for the following key duties: Responsible for overseeing the completion of quarterly and/or annual financial statements filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and various other regulatory agencies, including the review and oversight of the XBRL process for SEC filings. Facilitates various audits and reviews performed by the independent public accountants Review monthly forecast submissions, close results and account reconciliations for pension and other post-employment benefit accounts. Oversees BNSF's ERISA employee benefit plan financial reporting and related audits.
