Director of Finance - (Mt Pleasant, MI)

Director of Finance Isabella County Medical Care Facility, a five-star rated, 100 bed skilled nursing facility located in Mt. Pleasant, MI, is seeking a full-time Director of Finance to join our resident centered team. The successful applicant will direct the fiscal operations of the facility in accordance with GAAP, federal and state cost reimbursement relating to the longterm care industry, and adult day program funding guidelines. The Finance Director oversees accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, collections, purchasing, and inventory control. This position is also responsible for, and ensuring accuracy of, financial reporting including accompanying analyses, and the development of short and longterm fiscal plans for stability and viability. A bachelor's degree in accounting and/or 3 (3) years of background in healthcare financial administration preferred, or a combination of background, education and training may be recognized in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
