Overview FortuneBuilders an Acquisitions Associate for their growing commercial real estate team in their Pacific Beach office. We already have a work experience of investments in Class A multifamily, value-add retail, mixed-use, and asset repositioning. This goal of this position is to both accelerate those efforts and add best practices, processes, and rigor to the function . They will will conduct strategic analysis and research in support of various acquisitions, portfolio management, asset management, and fund management initiatives.What you will do The successful applicant's responsibilities include, but not be limited to: Commercial Property Acquisitions & Underwriting: This position will source and underwrite commercial real estate investments including, multifamily, mixed-use, value-add retail, and other projects. They will analyze historical financial details to create pro-formas, including sponsor, investor and property level returns.
