Estimator- Landscape - (Riverside, CA)

Estimator allows the analytical landscape/horticultural professional to become part of a prestigious team. This position is primarily focused on the creation of landscape designs, blueprints, specifications and other documentation necessary to propose and sell landscape services to an elite clientele. Responsible for the estimation of project costs (using blueprints), cost management, and project scheduling. This individual will quote labor and material estimates for landscape construction, irrigation and renovation projects. Expertise to work with clients is a must, as this professional will be interfacing with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers! Qualifications: Min of 3 years background in estimating. Landscape construction and irrigation design background. Timberline Estimating background a plus Must possess a valid California driver's license and have a clean driving history. Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
