A provider of specialty claims and risk management services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Field Case Manager.Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive treatment plan of action Coordinate the delivery of services to a dedicated caseload of 20-25 clients Conduct initial evaluation process with the injured workerApplicants must meet the following requirements: Must have valid driver's license, automobile insurance and reliable transportation Min of one year background on-site case management Bachelors or Associates Degree in nursing, or closely related position, or Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling Technical skills including Word and Microsoft excel required
