Shift Manager - Electrical Maintenance Will be managing bargaining unit on a daily basis Responsible for daily work assignments, breakdown repairs and downturn repairs for electrical maintenance Manage and prioritize electrical maintenance tasks Required to order necessary parts and materials for maintenance projects Must maintain schedules for bargaining unit employees Required to maintain OSHA, Safety and Environmental qualifications Responsible for communicating electrical issues with all Plate Departments Should have at least five years background in industrial electrical maintenance Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology or craft/union qualified or for the exceptional applicant commensurate background Experienced with AIR CONDITIONING/DC motors, drives and PLCs and power distribution. i.e., 13.8kv, 4160v, 480vac and 250vdc Must be able to work a rotating shift in a multi-level organization which operates 24/7
